Counseling Service Fees
Paraclete Counseling Services requests that all fees and/or co-pays for services be paid in full at the beginning of each counseling session, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you schedule an appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please provide Paraclete Counseling Services with at least 24 hours notice. Clients will be billed for No-Show appointments and will be charged in full for that session.

| Individual Sessions - Provided for individuals, couples, children, and families. Each session is approximately 55 minutes. |

Consultation - Introduction to our agency for the counselor and potential client to assess goodness of fit for counseling needs. Consultation is approximately 30 minutes. |

| EAP's and Insurance Accepted - Our agency contracts with EAP and insurance companies and can review becoming contracted if we are not a current network provider. |
